Love this place. The pool is great with many levels of depth including a deep end and a swim up bar. The staff are great and the rooms are one of the cleanest and best kept I have had in three trips to Thailand. The rooms have everything you need and are refreshed daily. The beds are also good. I say this as I have a bad back and sleeping here was a relief from bad beds all over Southeast Asia. GOOD BEDS!!! :) The resturant is minimal but my son loved the ham and cheese toasty. The bar is great and right on the beach with the coldest beer around. Many come here from the other resorts because the beer is cold!

Plus:
nice facility, clean, beachfront and nice pool area, friendly staff and good room cleaning every day.

Minus:
“Family deluxe room” apparently meant only 2 adults and 1 child although I’ve made a reservation and paid for 4 persons. Needed to pay extra to get an additional bed for one child.
Annoyingly unstable wifi in rooms (but stable in bar area).
Mosquito cover and isolation in rooms needs to be improved (for example no mosquito cover in bathroom ventilation).
Beachfront sun chairs has no shadow possibilities whatsoever. Should extend the beachfront bar roof with one meter or so.

Stayed here during low season. I almost have the whole resort and beach for myself! The hotel is very understaffed at low season. Receptionist also doubles as the simple restaurant's cook. At night no staff is around except the security guard.
Garden bungalow is basic but sufficient. Oddly there's no towel rack in the bathroom. Heater works. CRT TV is still being used. The mattress is firm but the blanket is just a large piece of towel, and too thin! No bed cover. The room is not cleaned daily.
The freeform pool is lovely and big enough for a lap. It has a swim up bar but not staffed. Restaurant only offers simple cooking. English Breakfast at 120B is ok. With such a low room rate during low season, I couldn't complaint.

Although it was rainy season we came here to spend some time to relax near the end of our trip. Check-in was no problem and they upgraded us for free from the garden deluxe to the deluxe bungalow which is the same thing but just a closer walk to the beach. The room was clean and spacious and house keeping does a good job. The onsite restaurant is limited in choice but there are a lot of options nearby for reasonable prices like Jameji or Thai Breizh. They rent out motos for 250 baht/day in high season and 150/baht in low season and were in good shape when we rented one.

One con was the beds, they were sleepable but you may wake up with a sore back.

However, bonus points for the large pool which has a deep end you can actually dive in and a swim-up bar (high season).

A well cared for and nice resort that slowly grown in to its present. Last year a 20 year anniversary with the same owner. Everything well built and working. Sun set view is one of my personal favourites, as well as the chats in the beach bar. Recommended for a sunset cocktail.

Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Warm water showers, A/C, Fan and refrigerator in all rooms. Great pool area. Restaurant area could have been nicer, but overall a very price worthy stay.

Really great!! Service is good and the brealfast is really good also and for the late sleepers???? you can choose your time when you want to eat! For example you had a late night and you wake up at 11:30 you can still order you breakfast
