this is a very affordable hotel with good service, clean and tidy. Good food and good prices for food and drinks. The location at the beach is excellent although it is a bit shallow. Not as nice beach and water as out on the smaller islands. Great place to make excursions away. is close to the center!

Located at, what we think, is the best beach on Koh Lanta. We booked a bungalow with (partly) see view, close to the restaurant and pool.
Positive feedback: awesome with a pool which had big palm trees around it so you could find shade when the sun was burning, and also with a good children's secrion. Okay prices at the bar/restaurant and accommodative staff who served what we asked for for our 2 year old daughter. Mini market close by so you could stuff up the small fridge. Nice room with basic needs.
Negative things: no variety on the breakfast which you get bored of after a few days, very hard for 80% of staff to understand English, quality of food on restaurant was not as good as many other hotels with fever stars. You can't flush poo paper in toilets.
All in all a place we would happily stay at again

Lovely location with stunning views and beautifel sunsets included. Visited at the start of the "Green" season, (May to October) weather is great with the expected occasional brief rain shower. Stayed in the beach front bungalow which was clean and reasonably modern. I would have rated higher, however the following points were annoying. No information about facilities, bar and restaurant times etc with no guest information in the room. As the start of green season kicked in the limited buffet breakfast which was included turned in to a chargeable a la carte menu only. This was not mentioned at all by the reception desk when we checked in the day before. Additionally a lot of the staff seemed generally disinterested and a bit sullen which spoilt my stay here. I've ended up eating out most days as a result, fortunately there are still quite a few resturants open along the beach during the off season.

Stayed in room 105 in January 2020. No hot water. No toilet bidet spray and drainage not able to flush toilet paper. Manageress told us all rooms the same. Owner refused to meet us to discuss refund or move

Cosy place, decent facilities, though rated extremely high for location was a bit misleading - likely because stayed during quiet season and not much around. A consistent beach clean out back of the resort would also go a long way

Stayed here for 5 nights. Spent 16$ a night for a beach front hotel on the best beach in Koh Lanta. Wish we stayed longer. Hotel is clean and well run with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

Laid back resort with nice Bungalows.
Very friendly staff. Right on the beach. Nice Swimming pool. Good food and drinks served. ????
