Guest services are very very poor. We reached hotel at 10am being aware the check in time is 2pm as our flight landed by 8am. We are traveling with pregnant ladies. The duty manager said the rooms will be ready in an hour or so. It is 2:15pm yet the rooms are not ready. And the duty manager is not cooperating saying it is not her fault, it's housekeeping fault. Such response not expected at all.

Hotel is a bit run down but they were renovating some parts so hopefully will be refreshed soon. Our room was modern and comfortable with a stunning sea view. Staff were gracious and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. Will definitely stay here again when in Patong.

Dated hotel with ordinary service. The rooms are big and pools are good. However there are many areas the hotel can improve. The location is near the sea but one has to walk at least 300-500 meters to get to the main beach and restaurants.

Our stay was fantastic! This is a great hotel for families with young children, there are 3 great pools to choose from and they all have fantastic views over Patong Beach/Bay. Breakfast was great every morning, staff were extremely attentive and friendly. There is a songtaew to take you up and down the hill and at the bottom you can walk across the road to the beach or around the corner to 7/11.

It was a good experience with Novotel Phuket and there was ease of access to do anything at any time. The staff was very helpful and were very well aware of everything. The shuttle service from the hotel to the entrance is Also super easy and convenient

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Our room had a sea view which was lovely. However, the preparation of the room was weak considering it is a honeymoon room. The staff was so kind, especially we want to thank Alif for his great energy!! He is a member of the staff and he has a great sense of humor. His English was good which was really comforting if you don't know thai language. Also, we want to thank Nam and Aliza; they were so kind and helped us in the check-out and check-in process.
There was no social activity that was unexpected for us. At least, we enjoyed in the fun pool (while using the volleyball and the basketball areas in there).
We stayed all-inclusive. However, the food and the drinks were not so expensive. So, actually, it doesn't matter whether you stay all-inclusive or not.
We were not used to thai foods. So, considering our all food experience in Thailand, the foods were so tasty in this hotel. Breakfast also was good.
We did a couple massage. It was not included in all-inclusive. But it was one of the best 1.5 hours of our vacation. The staff was so professional and I strongly recommend this experience!!!
To sum up, the staff, the food, the massage, and the room was great. However, there are still some points that can be worked on it. Thank you!

Poor and Pathetic Service. No Indian food on the breakfast menu. After 2 water bottle consumption you will be charged separately for every water bottle consumed. The restaurant was not fully functional and moreover not even offer full range of food. Think twice before you book them. Not Recommended at all!
