Hip Yaya Residence (Or previous name ' Hello Yaya) is super valuable accommodation in Patong area. Located on the main road and just only a short walk to Patong beach. The owner ' Khun Bank' is really polite and kind person. The room is spacious and newly renovated. Furniture is new style. Going up to room by elevator. The hotel also provide some light snack as light breakfast. Would come back to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very clean. The staff make up your room everyday and refill it with water, coffees, and clean towels. The staff were extremely friendly. We loved Jim, she was so helpful and kind and always had the biggest smile on her face. The hotel is 2 minutes from the beach and there are lots of places to eat near by. We would go back just for the staff, they made our stay so enjoyable.

Pros - Was a 5 min walk from the beach.
Room wasn't a bad size for the price.
Cons - Balcony was facing the building next door so no view at all.
Bed sheets were dirty in our first room had stains on them asked at reception if they could change them instead she moved us to another room. The bed sheets were also dirty in that room as were the towels. Struggled to explain the situation as English was very limited.
All in all stayed 1 night out of our 3 due to the cleanliness of the bed if it was cleaner would of been ideal.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Clean and comfy rooms with excellent service. Patong beach is just a couple minutes walk and there are tons of restaurants around including seven eleven stores. Receptionists are phenomenal here. They'd greet you every time you walk pass them, they'd crack a joke, engage in conversation, ask you how you liking the island etc. Simply awesome 4 days I spent here.

The staff were amazing. Helpful, great with our children and friendly. Its a great value hotel with basic rooms with fridge and coffee making facilities and tv. Very clean. Liked the extras like beach towels offered with no charge. Would recommend.

The location of this hotel was convenient and safe. Amenities in the room were well appointed. Beach tower service is very good n clean. Very good value for the price. As for the staff, they were very helpful indeed and was always on call if we ever needed anything.

The staff from the moment we walked in could not do enough for us. The general ***ager of the hotel is very friendly. Lovely mosque is a great convenience for the Muslim travellers. The hotel rooms were kept very clean. I would stay here again as this hotel is quite nice.
