Terrible place. The rooms are very very dark, can't see anything. The entrance to the place looks and feels like a 1 star motel. The owner of the hotel lives in the same hotel with his kid and family. I got very upset seeing his infant child playing with the ashtray and ciggerate butt. Living with family in the place of business is very unprofessional. The bathroom was horrible. It looks like a 3rd world bathroom in India. It definitely needs some work. Toilets didn't flush, we had to manually open the cover and pour water to operate the toilet, it was disgusting and very inconvenient.

I personally think the price of the place is way to much for the service provided. $70 a night is not worth it. I wouldn't say a penny more than $15 - $20 a night.

There's alot more negative things that would fill up this page so I'll keep it simple but I definitely recommend the owner improves the place... the location is in a very good place. If he improves, then the value of the place can go up.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks for business training. A huge pink building which serves as a great land mark. I could not find anything dirty. From the cleaner to ***agement everybody was happy to help. The range of amenities offered was what someone would expect from a hotel of its class.

Upon our arrival we were told that they were fully booked and that they had no room for us to stay. Very helpful staff especially the owner Mr. Robert. Nice design touches and very clean and modern make it amazing value. The reason i would give it a good rating was because of the owner. Close to the action of Bangla and jungceylon shopping center.

Super delicious food and hospitality is out of the world. The Indian food we tried was better than some restaurants in india. The owner Deepak is very warm and welcomes guest with a smile and tastiest food. We tried their paneer tikka masala, bhindi fry, dak makhani, chicken kadhai and phulke.. everything was superb. Infact many indian families made it their meal destination while in Phuket. Deepak is still renovating the place and planning to introduce some new features but overall it was a five star service and amazing food. True value for money.

Food is good but don't book any ferry or bus trip from the guy. Non trustworthy, cheating in the name of fellow Indians. Not expected an Indian to make fool of another Indian. Booked trip to Koh Samui for 1300 baht wherein price available outside is 750 baht. Beware of this cheater.

Value for money and we were treated as friends not just customers. My wife and I arrived yesterday, and are so happy we chose this place out of several we looked at in this location. We went downstairs and sat down to which none of the staff offered us any kind of menu or drink. Thumbs up to the Owner.

The location was also very convenient and easy to find. We are sure the thoughtfulness of the design will be appreciated by ***y today's travellers like us. The staff are absolutely marvelous. We could slightly hear the noise of the music from the main street, but it was party week.
