We stayed here for 2 weeks, but it was a really mixed experience. The only reason for 2 stars is because of the lovely stuff who were very helpful. The hotel was old and it smells like old and mold, a bad mixture. When we first arrived, we were put in a room on the ground floor and the room had this distinctive smell that you cannot bear. We stayed one night but only after the pillows were replaced with new ones - the old ones smelled unwashed, old, stinky. The next morning, we immediately asked for another room and we were given a new, better room on the second floor.

Also, the pool area on the roof is not maintained and the bar is not working as the pictures show! The pool itself is OK, but the area around the pool is abandoned.

So two lessons learned here: always ask for room other than ground floor (reduced chances of mold smell) and never pay in advance for longer stay on Booking or Agoda where you cannot make changes and leave if unsatisfactory.

Literally checked in here tonight......what a beautiful clean hotel! Huge size room with really big comfy bed!!! Staff have been so friendly and helpful!!!!so glad I picked this hotel, can't recommend enough!! Thankfully great WiFi and aircon too lol ....As a first time solo traveller they have made so comfortable.....was collected within minutes from the airport by a lovely man. All that's left to do is enjoy my holiday!!! 10/10 x

Quite and nice place to stay in patong. And cheap too. Friendly staff. About 1m walk away from beach. Has a pool at roof top with a beautiful view of sea and mountains.

Great location next to the beach and 7/11 , very clean, friendly helpful staff always smiling, pool is ok the view from the pool also good..

This place was so awesome they helped us when my spouse needed to go to a hospital. Renting towels in this hotel is free at front desk to take to the beach the it’s less then a block from the beach and there is a pharmacy right across from the hotel. The pool is on the roof they have towels there also and the bar staff are so nice they treated us all so well and the drink we always smooth. The food was good never attended the breakfast but from what we saw the prices were cheap.

Quite good location near Patong beach. However it is old place, not too clean and there is very strange and unpleasant smell all over the place. Pool is dirty and the water smells bad.
I really liked breakfasts and the bar staff were nice and friendly.
Reception staff were not too nice and looked bored and angry all the time.
All in all this is a hotel for very undemanding customers. I won't stay there again.
