Stopped over here for one night on a fleeting visit to Phuket. The location is very good, only a few minutes walk to the northern edge of Patong beach. The hotel itself was fine for my purposes, fairly basic but clean and functional. The receptionist was helpful and they appear to be there until late as I was able to buy a beer at about 1:30am. There is a pool but I didn't use it and the balconies (of my room at least) look over it and a very uninspiring view of a somewhat derelict building opposite.

Perfect location,just walk down the road and you are at Patong Beach. Excellent staff who are always willing to help with anything you need. Features a small swimming pool which is perfect if you wanna cool down coming back from the beach or having a breakfast which they also serve (180b). Lots of food options low budget and fancy restaurants within 100m from the hotel

Rooms are great value. Comfortable beds. Spacious balcony, clean and well maintained. Dont look further if you want to stay near Patong beach

Don't judge a book by its cover.. in this case.. the location.. arrival entrance.. stairs..courtyard swimming pool, al fresco dining area, groundfloor rooms and reception... The moment you enter the lift, things start changing.. the view beyond your room perhaps not so much.. but as far as the room itself goes. Spot on budget, value for money. Large, clean, wifi, flat screen TV, hair-dryer, in room safe.. even a free toothbrush. My room checked all the boxes. The bathroom was Thai style.. but still spotless and contemporary. Aircon working at fully blast, coffee making and bottled water taken care of.
The hotel is located at the north end of Patong Beach and 3 minutes walk from the beach. Convenience stores and restaurants all round. Good choice all round.

The hotel is located in a good location - less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel staffs are very good, polite and helpful. Rooms are big enough and clean. The swimming pool is bit small but it looks awesome during night with all the lights on. The hotel is bit old compared to the other hotels and located at one end of the Patong beach. So, you might need to walk for 10-15 minutes to reach the Bangla Road area. But the quietness of the area will make your holiday pleasant with great staffs.

My wife and I stayed at Seven Seas Hotel for 11 days and our overall experience was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family, but there are some points I would bring up before recommending it. Pros: 1.) The hotel is attractive and well maintained. 2.) The staff is kind and helpful. 3.) The hotel is clean. 4.) The hotel is very close to the beach. (A person can walk there in less than 5 minutes.) 5.) The hotel restaurant is good and inexpensive. 6.) The swimming pool is small, but great for a family to play in during the hottest part of the day. 7.) It is far from all the noise and parties, but still within walking distance. (If you don’t mind a 20 minute walk.) Cons: 1.) It is on the edge of Patong Beach which is pretty dirty, especially during the evenings. I would recommend swimming at the beach near the hotel only in the morning and then find other beaches to explore in the afternoon and evenings. We enjoyed Kata Noi Beach, Freedom Beach, and Surin Beach. 2.) The hot tub did not work. 3.) There wasn’t a microwave in the room. 4.) Crossing the road to get to the beach can be dangerous. 5.) The power went out several times.

Absolutely loved this hotel it is so close to the beach only about a 3 min walk to the good part of Patong beach. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfy!! The service was outstanding also!! The only downfall was that the internet wasn’t that great but that’s really all. The food downstairs is also at a good price and it’s good food I really recommend the spring rolls ????????????
