Located inside the tower and it's probably the first place you'll see when you enter. It's not too big and gets busy during lunch time. They have some nice window seats, which however makes it a bit hot there. Some staff can speak English. The place is accessible by MRT (Phetchaburi Station), bus, taxi.

They had packed together, so I had to eat cool dishes. If you go there, I recommand you do not eat it.... not special taste but really expensive compared with Mcdonalds or KFC...

Great food, great location and great service from waiting staff. A nice selection of western and Thai foods available. Large coffee and tea menu should cater to everyone taste.

I would say there is no service at all, you can sit for a long time with full table of empty plates and glasses. If you want to order something you have to find waiter. We ordered two ceaser salads but they brought only one ...
