Staff are very helpful. If you need to use the toilet, speak to a staff member at the ticket counter. They will get someone to show you the toilet and unlock it. Requires an access card.

It’s not a proper station that you an buy tickets. It is just a train stop. But you can also get on and out of the train here. And also can buy a ticket on the train.
