Very accommodating and professional service!

I stayed in May right when the Testu0026Go plan had lifted. They were able to give me credit as we no longer needed to test and I used it for an extra night stay.

Their staff is super helpful and responsive and helped me celebrate my birthday as well.

They complimentary breakfast was great with food selection for a range of tastes.

They have a gym, spa, pool, jacuzzi, a great sushi restaurant in the lobby!

Will stay again for sure!

This is a difficult hotel to review. We previously stayed in the Royal Lancaster in London which was the most amazing hotel I’ve stayed in. Sadly, Lancaster Bangkok isn’t up to the same standard as it’s sister hotel. It’s a good hotel, pool and gym facilities were a fantastic asset and it’s in a great location MRT just a few minutes walk can get you to most places. Only a 20 minute walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall. Used grab for some journeys too. The customer service was lacking in a personal touch like the London Royal Lancaster.

Website advertising, late checkout, breakfast included if book direct, which we didn’t receive.

Website also states that suites have club Lancaster benefits, therefore we paid a bit more to stay in the executive suite. However when we asked about this at check in the reply was ‘it doesn’t exist anymore’. No apologies or explanation as to why.

Staff in restaurant were very attentive and our room cleaner was amazing, she made the room immaculate everyday some days we didn’t leave the room until midday and she still came to clean it. The sliding closet door came off it’s hinges and we informed the hotel who sent maintenance to fix it immediately.

Overall if the hotel was more personable and didn’t falsely advertise it would be a 5* but for us our expectations were not met.

We came here for our honeymoon from the states! Amazing Hotel with a very professional staff! From the front desk to the attendants the service was superb! They made us feel so welcome and showed you that they truly care about you. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

There was an issue with our rooms when we checked in and the front desk personnel did an OUTSTANDING job obtaining the necessary permissions and fixing it. Great service putting the customer first! Very comfortable rooms, excellent value and given that it is Bangkok, location wasn't an issue. Check out the small high-end shopping center that is a short walk away.

I must say the experience of stay and hospitality was quite enthralling with attention to every aspect of the guest requirements. Room service and high quality hygiene maintenance were given the topmost priority. The staff are quite helpful and able to provide assistance with immediacy.
Five stars to the location and the accessibility to nearby locations from the property. Thumbs up to the services offered by Lancaster.

I dont ever write reviews but my stay here really compelled me to do so. I stayed at Lancaster for one month and it was amazing every single staff member is amazing right down to the house keeping. Everything they do just seems like the golden standard I can't even pull the sheets off the bed after house cleaning spread them that's just how good they are. Every door will be opened for you everyone is constantly looking to see if you need them and every surface look immaculately clean. Location is close to everything you need.

I spent a month basically hotel hopping throughout Thailand and Lancaster was basically home base. After every night at different hotels I would say nope it's not Lancaster. I got a complimentary cake for my birthday delivered to my room. To put it simple it's the little details that makes the difference and Lancaster makes sure to be the difference.

Seemed like a dated property but reasonably well maintained.
Located a bit far from Bangkok attractions but close to Metro.
Room was adequately sized with a tub. All requirements were met.
Food at breakfast and dinner though not the best in class but more than adequate.
Can be considered as a stay option in Bangkok.
