The staffs can communicate in English very well and helpful as well. Thanks to Kiko for giving me a warm welcome as I was very nervous switching to a new gym. The equipment are well maintained, very huge spacious. I haven't tried out the class so I can't comment on that part but for now I'd definitely recommend it.

Nice facility with friendly staff. Have adequate free weights, trainers, classes, punching bags. Decent view of Bangkok outside the windows too.

Extremely upset. They make you wait at the reception and then don't let you in because you were late by 5 mins. If it's a free trial that you invite people for then you should inform all of this during the day of the trial and not let people just go back who have travelled from such a distance. Very poor and upsetting
