I would like to order a product. But have an issue with entering in the mailing address. The pin on the map, has no building name or address showing . The building is just a blank square. How do you know if the pin is pointing to the correct address?
When I initially entered my address. I clicked submit. It did nothing. And I noticed there are red words now underneath the product description. Problem is. I can’t see the complete message. Because the box where you enter your address is blocking part of the message. When I delete the address box the message disappears. Bring up the box again. Message reappears but still partially blocked.
Call customer service number. No English options. So could not order product.

Very bad shopping experience. Sellers often do not reply when you message them whether they have stock or when is the expiry date. Their product listings are still active even if they haven't logged in for 6 months. Then when you pay up, they don't ship the product or even tell you they do not have stock. If they ship, Shopee's transportation company will take as many as 6 days to pick up the order from the seller.
This company is so badly run it should just close shop.

Shopee and their culture and being a business in ecommerce is beyond words. Worst. Thieves.Perjury. Liars. unethical business practices. well. easier this way. They lie, cheat and steal. No need for them to say that this is libel. They stole many items. It is now 10 months. All social media and all of society should stop doing business with this Vile and Unethical company. They should go out of business. They serve no purpose. They take and take and then lie, cheat and steal. yes. I need to repeat myself so that people will stop buying and using your Thievery corporation. I have emails that prove I am right. You have been wrong from your day guarantee. This is how you start the scam. And that is exactly what you are....A SCAM. TAKING PEOPLES MONEY IN THE KINGDOM IS ILLEGAL. LAST TIME I CHECKED. THE PENAL CODE IS THERE. BUT. LOW LEVEL PEOPLE TO FILTER AND SEND THE SAME FORM LETTERS. ALL OF SOCIAL MEDIA SHALL HEAR THE TRUTH. IT IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME.

Terrible service by Shopee, they tell me go Police as l not receive correct item.
Although l ordered on Shopee and was supposed to be delivered by Thai post, it was sent by Kerry so Shopee have no record of what l received

Worst customer service!!!
U should re-train your call center! He hanged up the phone while I was talking and pretended that he didn’t hear my voice. So rude!

Shopee express is also really bad. I have appointment today and noone called to pick up.

Also the account executive who took care of new seller was really bad. She didn’t do her job, and never answered my questions.

No confirmation email after payment made, no order number, no customer service, no interaction with customer, no delivery - nothing. Just took the money and I can't get a refund. I don't understand why online shopping is so godawful in Thailand. Just garbage. My advice is order from Amazon in the US, though most suppliers will not deliver to Thailand. Here it's just two or three useless monopolies with third rate service.

Customer service is awful and also the policy for seller. They said will improve service and support but I never seen anything has been improved. I think maybe Lazada is better.
