Well in my honest opinion a little overpriced. The room is large and the bed is good but the AC was less than adequate unfortunately.

Nice little hotel about two blocks from the beach. Stayed here a couple of times both times have been very nice rooms clean staff very friendly.

The place is quiet and relaxing. It is very close to the beach and to many other people things in Hua Hin. The room is beautiful. Definitely will come stay here again

Positives:
- Location, Easy access and At the heart of City Center.
- Comfortable stay without much noise though it is just beside the road.
- Staffs could understand English and helpful to meet your needs.
- Security of the premise. - Near beach

Negatives
- The room could have been bit modern compare to the price paid.
- One of the AC in the room was not working properly, which was not a good thing specially in Thailand's heat.

Nice boutique hotel close to main central area. Pleasant staff and relaxes atmosphere with pool.

Good middle class, small hotel.
Clean rooms in good condition. Pool is nice but a bit small, sun is at pool from approx. 10am to 4.30pm.
Nice an quiet rooms and surroundings.
A lot of mosquitoes in ground courtyard/entrence u0026 ground rooms area.
Wi-Fi works but is not the fastest.

We even had a large enough balcony. The concierge desk couldn't do enough for us. Transportation is easy to the hotel. Generally the hotel is overpriced for what is on offer. The hotel was very clean at all times. Bathrooms are well equipped although a shower screen would have prevented me putting all towels on the floor to mop up floods.
