Comments are surprising to me, and doesn't seems to fit the reality. Maybe people care more about how it looks than how it tastes?

Food was pretty much the same quality as any frozen Italian food you can get at any entry level super market.
Tried lasagna, gnocchi and tomato/mozzarella.
Tomatoes were bland, no seasoning.
Gnocchi were tasteless, Gorgonzola sauce was fine.
The Lasagna was probably the worst dish we had that night.

The restaurant itself is nice, food comes in nice plates, and the service is okay. But the food is really disappointing.
Price was on the upper range, higher than some of the best restaurants in Bangkok.

Recommend to call and book before otherwise it’s full. I went in Jan2022 the restaurant is booked for until next month. Yes, it’s very delicious. They have fresh home made pasta, lamb that is amazing. Tomato soup is also good. Best Italian food in Huahin ????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Solid food. Very nice ambience. The owner, Carlo, takes care of his guests. Staff excellent. Well worth a visit. Chocolate mouse homemade- delicious, not too sweet for such a desert ????.

Please consider opening the AC zone. Not everyone enjoys the warm (more like hot) all the time.

The food and service were good.

With the price of ice cream per scoop, it should be the homemade one but it wasn’t. The waitress said only “pistachio” was homemade but it’s not our favorite so we took vanilla, can’t go wrong with that.

Overall was good tho.

This was our 2nd dinner at Carlo Ristorante. It is on the expensive side, so perfect for celebrating a special occasion. My only recommendation is to add a few more vegetarian options. I was a bit disappointed to see even the ravioli and tortellini dishes were available as meat only. The desserts were great, particularly the chocolate mousse. You can choose to sit in or outside; we chose the patio which was perfect for a warm evening. We had a wonderful dinner in a really nice atmosphere!

Burata salad is very good, recommend this dish. Other dishes are good but not outstanding. Tiramisu is not my type of taste. The owner is super friendly but staff are not friendly and not attentive.

One of the best pizza and pasta in town!! … I think this place is tastier than some of the Top Italian in BKK ! Sadly we drove all the way here for this resto ! …yes of course other than the whale huahin… best bang for bucks if u r a jacuzzi lover! .. well come and try it yourself! Really a 5-stars resto !
