As a family of four we stayed a while ago and it was perfectly fine for the price.
Breakfast was basic but tasty with tea, coffe and orange juice.
Close to everything important especially the beach (5-10 minutes at a saunter) and short walk to nightlife. Many restaurants around and a Gelateria.
Excellent restaurant called the Green Onion is opposite the police station. Rack of ribs to die for and a selection of craft beers.

Good location. Restaurants and beach within walking distance. Rooms medium size, quite comfortable. Simple American breakfast.

Things to note. This hotel has no lift, inconvenient to the elderly and those with big baggage. It's more like a guest house, not sound proof, can be noisy when more guests are around.

Staffs not so friendly. LImitation in communication. No hot water provided. Kettle in the room is dirty. No tea making facilities.

Great location within 5 minutes walk to the beach. Clean and spacious rooms and a friendly staff. The breakfast is a la carte with four options (they all come with sausages, bacon and eggs). The bathrooms are also clean and modern and the room has a small veranda. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Each room we entered we were impressed by the decorations. You can always walk to the beach to enjoy the sunrise or enjoy the wind breeze anytime. Lovely hotel in a relatively quiet neighborhood.

In fact the people are very keen to assist in any way possible. The room itself was hotel standard clean. There is a wall safe in each room. There is private car parking for maybe 10-11 cars so I guess should be ample. I guess you get what you pay for.

Awesome location with very good attention to detail. The room was slightly larger than expected. Balcony opens out to roof view of the next building. I was quite happy with my stay at Hotel Alley and would not advise against a visit however there is a lot of choice in Hua Hin.

1300฿ for a nice room w/breakfast is not bad. They got a lot of the small details right with this hotel. Things that many other boutique or Bu0026B rooms miss. An example is remembering to install electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. I'd definitely stay here again.
