Stayed here recently and absolutely loved it . The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great room and really comfy bed . Cleaning lady does an excellent job and its spotless. Pool and pool area is lovely and overall was really impressed with the hotel and will definitely recommend it to friends and family and we will definitely be coming back to stay again. Breakfast was nice and location was great as only 5 minutes or so to the beach and main bar areas and 10 minutes walk to night market

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Not far away from the night markets and the walking street. The beach is maybe a 10 minutes walk away.
The hotel is very new and small, that's what we liked very much. The room was very very clean and comfortable. Big thanks to the housekeeping and cleaning staff. So friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is typically thai, but it's very delicious. It could be a bit more european food there.
The swimming pool area is very small but clean and nice. The view over the city is lovely.
The most people at the hotel are adults and older persons ????

We can recommend the hotel and best wishes to the friendly staff.

Exceptionally clean modern hotel with very friendly staff yes you Lemon!! Roof top pool on 7th floor also immaculate. Maid was excellent and cleaned rooms to the hotel's high standard. Set just off main street in Hua hin but no noise. We loved it and will go back. Great location 10 mins to beach and 10 minutes from night market. McDonald's and Burger King 5 mins. All staff smiley and friendly with absolutely no fuss checking in or out. Brilliant thank you girls xxxx Paul and B xxxxx

Superior double bed with breakfast: The staff is great! The room was great! Only one thing: they don't provide toothpaste. They have a rental scooter: rent it and get the best out of your time here. Don't ride and drink please!

Good location. Lovely hotel.
I was well impressed with my 'lucky dip' in booking the Baan Nilrath Hotel in Hua Hin. Located just off the main road after Soi 63/1. Entrance was so quaint. lovely little windmill spinning slowly, and a nice water feature. Modern hotel for sure. My room was on the 3rd floor, spotlessly clean, with towels folded up to represent different animals, lovely. Bathroom was first class with all modern fixtures.and had bath with shower above and separate large shower with sliding glass door., water pressure was stable and plentyfull.
Small niggle was the WiFi which was patchy at the odd time, and the TV reception was mediocre, but I was,nt there to watch tv. Rooftop pool was small but nice with 2 dragon features at the corners.
Staff were great. Friendly and keen to talk to you. And I mean ALL staff. Cleaning ladies were great Md did a fab job.
Breakfast was in a little kind of restaurant just outside the main entrance, which involved climbing 2 little staircases. Food was good for me, with self service like most places.
The location of the Hotel was great, most places were within a 5 to 10 min walk Including the beach, easy to navigate around the entire area as it is quite compact.
As I said, I landed lucky with choosing the hotel with just an Internet search and not looking at Reviews.

Would I stay there again? maybe, but purely because I don't normally stay in the same hotel twice. But I would definetly recommended the hotel to anyone, a great little find.
