Not the best out there but definitely a good place to visit if you are on a budget. Staffs are helpful and friendly sad when we visit the pool is under maintenance. But if you're in Hua Hin why swim in the pool if you have a wonderful beach to spend you're time with and besides we didn't spend most of our time in the place as we were mostly outside visiting tourists attractions. It is not highly recommended but if you are looking a good place to stay this place is worth the price you're paying.

Everything is a bit dated and tired. The room was clean enough except where the cleaner couldn't reach ( some shelves were Dusty) no complimentary tea or coffee. The staff were also really unenthusiastic! No real effort to welcome or see if you needed anything. That plus the van driver tried to overcharge us for what we thought was a complimentary service! Also breakfast wasn't really up to much; Dry fruit and soggy cereal. There seemed to be other smaller places that charged similar but were much more welcoming and inviting.

WARNING!
MONEY STOLEN FROM HOTEL SAFE

Worst hotel experience ever in Thailand.
Money was stolen from the room safe on the first day. Not all the money but a small part. The safe was locked with a personal code. The CCTV on our floor was shut down, so there was no video available.
The police didn't even checked the id s of the cleaning women who were in charge.
They told us it wasn't the first time and nothing will happen.
The pool is dirty, the warm water is not working and the breakfast isn't delicious.

Don't book this hotel and check the other reviews. It happened before and will happen again...

Very dated hotel which might have been decent 20 years ago. When we went they were rebuilding the car park so we had to park.right down the road which I was not pleased about at all. Rooms not bad, but again, very dated.

Rooftop swimming pool with nice views all around but the actual pool was heavily chlorinated and old. I still went for a swim though.

Overall this place should have been half the price it was. Won't stay again.

First of all when I arrived I needed to change my reservation because I could only stay 3 nights instead of 4 which they helped to get it changed on agoda but agoda took forever to get right then tried to blame the hotel for the amount of time it took. That was Agodas fault. The first morning after a mediocre breakfast with the only food warm was the omelet I ordered and the toast which I made. The ham, sausages, potatoes were cold. I was out for the morning and upon returning noticed I didn't get my 2 complimentary water in my room. I went to the front desk to ask for them and she said that they would bring the water right up. I returned to the room and the room service girl arrived with 3 of the non complimentary water. I told her I didn't want them but wanted the free water. She went away and never returned. The 2nd morning I received my water. Upon checking out after the 3rd day they charged me 80 baht for the water which I didn't use or want. I tried to explain again to the same front office woman what happened and she was very rude and told me that I should have come and talked to her about it that same first day. I told her that I did tell her about it but she denied me saying anything to her. It was an outright ly on her part.
The air conditioning in my room was non adjustable. Temperature was either very cold or off. Couldn't adjust it. Very frustrating as well.
Basically it's a very poorly run mediocre hotel in a decent location. Desperately needs a management change.

No hot water. Breakfast was terrible. Pool was dirty old and unusable. Huge condo being built next door incredibly insanely noisy. The staff was nice and the construction next door is not the hotels fault but the other issues are. Worst experience in Thailand so far.

Stay there for 5 nights,

Breakfast is very poor seems like the don't have ingredient to cook!! one day out of eggs and only have thai food like cooked for children, better you book the room without breakfast.

Swimming pool is very tiny and shallow, deserve for children less than 6 years old.

The room was so good but old TV and old door and have contruction beside the hotel so you can't sleep as well.

Reception was so friendly but Housekeeping is very poor, the room still dirty after cleaning and someday they forget to clean up the room even I informed the GSA.

If you book the room, don't expect too much from picture and better you can choose another hotel from the same price,

1,000++ in Hua hin, you can choose new and good hotel for sure
