What a find!! Staff here are so helpful and pleasant. Mike, the owner, seems rather shy initially. But he's been in business here for 25 years so really does have the inside scoop about the area, attractions, and the like. Upon chatting with him, I learned much and received first-rate service and incredible kindness with airline assistance and tour booking. I now wish I'd have booked more outings with his company, but am looking forward to some while still in Hua Hin.

It's also a delight to work with an obviously educated guy and some English-speaking staff. Knowing his business is properly licensed, as are his drivers and guides, is also a huge PLUS because it's hard as a foreigner/newbie to Thailand to know whom to use or trust amidst the gajillion taxi/tour services up and down the street.

"I will retire in one year, so write what ever you want", a quote from Mr Ken himself, when we said that we would write a bad review. He sold tickets to Kho Phi Phi using an agent that had bad buses, took forever and included several hours of waiting on a bus station middle in the night. Mr Ken could not see that it is his problem that the travel companies he uses had poor or none quality, and that he had not informed us of that fact.
If you want to support Ken's retirement, please feel free to use him, but we will never do that mistake again.
