This is a cozy little family owned hotel. I stayed here last year with my husband, and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a fairly large room with a balcony on the third floor. The rooms were very clean every day. Breakfast was a nice, simple and decent meal. The wifi didn't really work on the hotel, though. But it was close to the beach and the night market, and fairly close to a mall as well.

I like this hotel, it is comfortable, clean and the staff are very pleasant. If you want a criticism, I wish hotels would use a better coffee than nescafe. I drank tea instead. The hotel is close to restaurants and bars and some interesting old streets and beaches too. Great place

Very nice and calm hotel, services are good. Location is very approachable only 400m away from main beach and McDonalds and Mr. Burger are at walking distance, Indian restaurant is also in neighbors for veggie lovers. Breakfast is also very fresh and enough for adults.

WOW!!!! This place is FANTASTIC. I wanted to stay near the beach, party district and have an easy walk to the shops u0026 markets. To be honest I wasn't expecting much when I booked this because the price was so low per night. But to my surprise, this place had it all.

Housekeeping was 10/10, Breakfast was 9/10, Staff, Staff were 11/10 and the room, was simply 4 star. I posted photos - check it out.

Even the owner/manager at front desk was 100% customer service focused and an A1 professional. She was friendly and always suggesting better prices, local information and recommendation's for me to save money (for example, detailed info on public transport and how much I should pay for tourist sites). It was like having a personalised tour guide at my disposal 24/7.... She spoke great English and even saved me heaps of my money on day 1 by getting her waitress to go to the 7-Eleven around the corner to get me a blank sim card (for like a dollar) and then gave me options on various plans. After she installed the plan I wanted on my phone for me... WOW.

This was my first time to Hua Hin and this hotel made my time there very relaxed. I felt like I could ask the owner/manger anything if i got stuck.. What a great bunch of friendly people. Thank you to all the staff at Baan Pa Ploy for making this a awesome stay.

I didn't stay in the hotel but I had breakfast in their cafe twice and really enjoyed it. It was simple fare prepared well. I had boiled rice soup with pork and egg, served with toast, butter, tea and a little fruit plate. The toast was lightly browned, not burned. The butter was delicious and fresh. The tea was a simple Liptons but they served it in a hot pot so it could steep well. The boiled rice soup had a fresh egg cracked into just before they served it, really a nice touch done right.

Not fancy, but everything was done right and with care.

Really.... for the location, service, room size and cleanliness it is the best value I can remember in a long time. The breakfast was also very good. The staff lovely. I have been back already.....it was that good.

Another wonderful week stay here at Baan PaPloy Hotel. Thanks for the great service and friendly staff. Enjoyed the free morning breakfast on the days I could manage to get up in the morning. Btw, thank you for the help fixing my flat tire on my motorbike !!!
