This is a hell!! Terrible place! Room 505, tower B NEVER STAY HERE!!!!
No water, no water and the system even broke!!! Middle of the night need to shower cold water!!!! Repair few times also problem didn’t solve the problem!!! I don’t understand how could they even allow this room to be rent out! Horrible maintainable and customer service!!!! Even after Covid, they never bother to have customer and want business! Hopeless!!!!

This place had became so so terrible! After Covid 2 years, no maintenance and everything just so rundown. Everything broke down, door, hot water system, toilet, Aircond and widow all doesn’t work! 2*stars also not qualify to be!!! The management should have a look in this matter! Super disappointed!

Room smelled of smoke being pumped in every night even though I was on the 8th floor, unsure how this happens. Would not move me to another room. The front desk did not help when I informed them my power went out either. Have not received my cash back remarks from Agoda, as Agoda awaits confirmation from the hotel I stayed there a month ago

Am back here now. Am pleased to say that the 1 room 1 key policy is no longer in force. Will surely stay here again as location is fantastic. Walking distance to all our favourite eateries and entertainment places.
First trip here after covid. Happy to say not much has changed. Prices about the same, hotel just as good.

This was great for one night in hat yai! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and spoke good English. The room was comfortable and the ac cold, only complaint is that the water heater in our room wasn’t working.

Grand Pink Hotel is situated in Sanchanusorn Road, Hatyai, Songkhla in Thailand. The amazing Thailand. In the front of the Grand Pink Hotel is a clothes market. Selling all kinds of home makes garments. From Tee shirts to sports trousers. Besides the hotel are all kinds of shopping, coffee shops, newspapers stores and 7-Eleven. The hotel is 9 storeys high. Behind the hotel is car parking space. The hotel have a cafe and a bar. Also a restaurant and a lounge. We can always have fresh drinks water and if finished we can have them from the bar. It's free. They have a massage parlour. The lobby is very nice and big. The receptionists girls are very friendly and cute. They are beautiful girls. Night time they have karaoke and night club. The breakfast is very delicious and a very lot of breakfast foods to choose from. From Asian foods to western foods. Bread and toast is always available. Half boil eggs, coffee and tea. Fried Siames noodles and porridges with salt eggs. The hotel room is clear and warm. With air conditioning and glass windows. The scenery is ideal from the window. The bathroom has a bath tub and shower with hot water heater. A refrigerator and oven. A kettle is provided with a fresh water supply. Here is given a few packets of Nescafe instant coffee bags. The room service is at intervals. Remember to bring your own electricity plugs and sockets. The Thailand electricity supply is of lowest Watts. So the socket is a bit different from our current one. Durian fruit is always there and we can get durian down the road. Hatyai is a twin cities. A beautiful Grand Pink Hotel with a beautiful city. The hotel is located in the heart of the Hatyai city centre. Amazing Thailand! Thank you!!
