The service all good. But the shower too slow and not so hot. It is a pretty and clean places to stay. A lot of stall under the hotel at night too!

Worst bed ever. No joke. Hardness of the bed is like 10. It like sleeping on a plank wood. And this is only the first night. i have 6 night to go. Good luck to me!

most haphazard hotel I ever experience. 3 or 4 slow lifts to lobby on 10th floor. take ages.
transit at 10th floor n 3 lifts to another 23 floors. can u imagine during peak hours
worse off the gym only opens at 8am while you r getting ready for your
daily work or tours.

I mistakenly booked a room on July 12-13, while I wanted to book on July 22-23, tried to contact agoda via chat and couldn't find a solution, tried calling but didn't get an answer either.

Then I called the hotel u0026 the hotel suggested that I send an e-mail to agoda. Shortly after that, I received an email from the Agoda Customer Experience Group that the amendment request had been sent to the hotel u0026 agoda was still waiting for a response from the hotel.

Then, we call the hotel again. the hotel stated that they can amend my date u0026 agoda singapore called me to confirm u0026 update me that my date was successfully amended

I would like to thank Agoda u0026 Lee Garden Plaza Hotel for making things easy for me.

On 22/07 we arrived quite early u0026 the hotel let us check in as usual. The interior design has changed 100% since my previous arrival. Looks more modern although I prefer the previous design.

At night there was a festival near the hotel u0026 my birthday dinner was celebrated around the hotel (All attractions / shopping places are very close to the hotel) The hotel grounds are bright u0026 safe

Currently stay at smoke free room/level.but everyday around 1.30 am(staying 4 day),i woke up from a smoking smell thru ventilator.I has toddler with me,and it really upset me.Already inform reception about that matters,but apparently no action were taken,even though,theres a sign 5000 baht fine for smoking.They should install smoke detector inside bathroom also.

1. The way into the underground parking is a bit narrow.
2. The lobby is located on the 10th floor, very inconvenient if you are from the underground parking.
3. The WiFi is very² slow.

Best place to stay in Hatyai. There’s a night market outside the hotel and nightly supper food stalls.
