Good clean hotel albeit abit old but right in the heart of the city.

Rooms are priced reasonably and comes with parking space.

Right next door to the iconic Lee Gardens Plaza.

Decent hotel in walking street next to Lee Garden, with many eateries around especially street food - Watson is nearby and you can buy items you want from Odean Shopping Mall like drinks or chips etc
Walking distance to Kim Yong Market too
Hotel do make up room everyday which is a plus point
Price is also not expensive
Will stay here again next trip if I can’t find any better hotel

After 2 years of MCO, the hotel opened in July and just start to operate recently. Just ok to hv a gid nite sleep and easy access to the famous Lee Garden Area Noght Market.
The ceiling quite low for westerners and just nice for asian height. Parking are at the roadside level and quite limited

Decent priced budget hotel, suitable for a short stay. Facilities in the room are average but pleasant. Plus point of this hotel is the close distance to various food hawkers, shopping outlets, massage parlours and clothing shops (mini markets) located on the same street. Opposite hotel is a good Thailand seafood shop. Tut-tuts are available at the Main road opposite the hotel lobby.

The staffs are not friendly, always with unhappy face and don't greeting with you all.

Also, the ground floor public seating place are closed after 12am.

Lastly, the terrible experience is NO Hairy Dryer in the hotel, when I asked them by calling, they said they don't have. Omg.
