Very poor. The hotel is old and not clean. We ask for money back when we even did not give our passport yet. But the manager very rude and did not want to give our money back. Also they dont know how to respect the customers. The manager and staff are very very rude. I wont recommend this hotel to other peoples. Really regret to step on this hotel and never come back for this hotel. Totally i would say that the price is not reasonable at all. Shame on this hotel.

Pros:
Super cheap, Good location (near the market and restaurants), easy to get transportation (grab, tuktuk) breakfast is ok.

Cons:
Hard bed, no water heater, no ventilation in bathroom, smelly room.

Overall:
You can get better hotel with almost similar price.
