Great location and clean modern rooms. We got room with balcony on 4F. Thank you to receptionist. Lee gardens around corner and all eateries and massage places nearby. They have snacks in lobby and can refill drinking water. Night receptionist and receptionist On checkout so helpful and friendly. Beware no stairs for those with lots of luggage.

The room is bigger than in the picture, neat and clean. Located in the middle of the city center. There is a TV, mini fridge, bottled water, towels and toiletries. The hotel keeper and counter staff are very friendly and easy to deal with, show where interesting places to go. Tips, choose a room with a balcony.

The best hotel for families with more than 3 members. rooms are very spacious, have spacious beds, clean rooms, clean toilet, high water pressure for shower. Location just meters from 7 Eleven and Lee Garden. Recommended for family with young children!

Fabulous place! I would recommend to everyone as it near to the Lee Garden plaza, night market, massage outlets which is walking distance. The rooms are comfortable (industrial interior design) and beautiful. Ive been into the quadruple and couple room. It was satisfying!

Just a gentle reminder, if you’re driving. Please take your time to notice the parking. Even and odd days. You dont wanna mess your vacation dealing with the authorities.

One of the best place to stay, clean, comfortable, quiet, close to shopping area. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. We even got a nice little welcoming gift. Free drinking water, coffee and biscuits in the morning. Thumbs up.

Stayed here for the 2nd night in Hatyai.this accommodation is just located right beside the Lee Garden Plaza. Overall experience was above expectation, room was spacious and cozy. Bed was comfortable and i had a good night of sleep.
One thing that dampen the experience was that the bathroom have this unpleasent odour.
Do take note that this hotel does not lift. May not suitable not elderly either that request for room at the lower level.

Superb location! Clean hotel with nice toilet design. Highly recommended for budget travellers ???????? The only downside: No lift provided and water supply is a bit low.
