I booked a family room for 2 nights. I believed the room that I stayed need major maintenance:
1. Leakages of toilet bowl. Everytime we flushed, the unwanted water came out from the leakages. We need to use syampoo, detergents etc to cover up the smell.
2. Sink leakage.
3. Window can't properly close.
4. Door too tight. Everytime we need to open u0026 close the door, we need to really push/pull it.
We informed the management about it once we realised all the matters but since no vacant room, nothing much can be done.

The property is totally different from photos published. I have been told no room when I reach the Hotel. But, I have made the booking 1 month ago before travel and also phone called hotel to confirm the booking. Also, I have asked to park cars on street. My trip ruined with the case. Bad experience. No recommended.

Very basic hotel with very affordable price. Room smell nice. Bed and towel also clean maybe is a new hotel. For traveler that want place to rest its suitable because the price is very very affordable. The receptions only available from 8am to 8pm (Thai time). Better booking early due its full during weekend. Near Lee Garden Plaza, 7Eleven, Kai Tod Decha Restoran, Salma Restoran, Kelantan Restoran.

No have water heater,wifi signal also weak.just a basic room.
A lot of mosquito at night. Noisy road sound, totaly cant sleep.

Location is good. But the room have no sound proof, can hear sound/music from lobby. And the biggest turn down is : no water-heater.

Just 4mins walk to Lee garden. But do not have water heater and hair dryer. Overall is OK.

Convenient location but not suitable for family trip, no hot shower available, just a basic room for zzzz.
