The only stars this restaurant get are for its incredible staff. Spent nearly 10,000 baht on mother’s day dinner for 4 people. Had 7000 baht omakase sashimi. We were so incredibly disappointed by this dish because all the fish seem to be defrosted and didn’t taste fresh. It was their biggest and most expensive sashimi set. The uni in the set was fine, but the rest of the sashimi were not worth the price of 7000 at all. Everything else in the dinner tasted so so. Cannot believe we spent this much money on such mediocre food. I also got diarrhea after the dinner. Fuji or Zen (the chain restaurants) would have tasted better and more safe than this. The staffs were really nice, but the restaurant is not successful at all. Centara should consider switching location with the hotel bar. The restaurant would sell better and would be able to sell more fresh ingredients. But for me and my family, we will not come back ever again.

Tasty food and the price is not too bad considering it's a hotel restaurant. Excellent service as expected.
