Our sisters was on vacation. I must commend the concierge personnel (tall skinny guy) for making us feel so welcome. The room is comfortable and has a wonderful outlook. I appreciate the concept of a new covid-19 preventative measurement tool. The room is clean, and the internet connection is fast. The restroom was small and plain, and the trash can was difficult to use. I understand that you want an ice bucket, which costs $50 baht. That is absurd. When I refuse to pay, the lady offers me a disposable glass for $2baht!!!
It took us forever to acquire the receipt after we checked out. It takes a lifetime of patience.
The spa provides excellent service. The hotel's facilities are a bonus. The breakfast is fantastic. The personnel is kind, however it takes a long time to locate someone to serve you at the boiling egg section.

I'm astonished at the bar counter near the beach that when you have cannabis cocktail ingredients, it's better to disclose it than to find it out later by asking.

Hotel is very quiet and clean. Staffs are polite and well in speaking English. Near to Don Meung Airport, 20-45min depending on traffic. Shopping mall link together and a lot of foods can found in the mall. If you looking for High quality or branded, this shopping mall is suitable for you. There is one shopping mall called Union Mall sell more cheapest stuffs, clothing, shoes, etc. Walking distance from the hotel around 5min.

The deluxe king room was nice u0026 spacious with a huge bed, work station, seating area, separate bath tub, rain shower u0026 toilet cubicles. Design is refreshing u0026 wifi connection was adequate. Breakfast buffet was was a good spread but just a little too crowded.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
We tried the Hagi Japanese restaurant on the lower lobby floor, and the Dynasty Chinese restaurant on the mezzanine level, both served excellent food. The Club offers complimentary cocktails at 5:30 every day and the horderves are a delight. They also have complimentary hot chocolate at 8:30pm every day. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, thanks to the doorman with the pointed hat, he always remembered my name!

Location is really strategic, next to the mall. Room looks really cozy and the staff are friendly too. The food from the room service was actually amazing, tasty and great portion too.

A fantastic stay at this place. Great for the location. The hotel is a two minute walk to the Central Mall and from there another minute's walk that connects to the BTS station. All of this is connected internally.

Breakfast spread was excellent and taste was very good too. A lot of vegetarian options as well. Special thanks to Chef Arun who was very helpful. He helped us with food requirements for our toddler.

Rooms were basic and clean. The view off the 11th floor overlooking the expressway and the sky train had our toddler sitting near the window for hours.
