It's located at the 4th flr of Central inside Central Plaza. It's on the north side of the building. Just go to Central and take the escalators. It's at the back of the pyjamas and brassiere section.

Speaking of escalators, they're quite messy. The one that takes you to the 2nd flr is on the right side and then once you get there, you take the left one to get you to the 3rd.

Damn, they really did make Western Union difficult to get to.
