Poor service. Maintenance is also not good. Locality is very down market. Small rooms and toilets. No double bed for couples. Food is average. They are focusing on cost cutting in every aspect. One out of 2 Lifts was out of order. Over all no value for money. Not advisable for families

The hotel is very nice.. plus the staff is very nice... Especially the reception lady.. keeps entertained .. rooms and washrooms are cleanest n at their best.. room service is awesome

No proper room maintenance.Wifi really sucks in room.Need to sit in reception area to get good wifi it’s very horrible.Food is okay

view from the room's window is fabulous and its also near to pattaya beach amazing palace to visit
