Excellent hotel. We had a great time staying here in May 2022. The hotel looks good and modern. It is also very clean. We had a well maintained room with no issues and each day, our room gets cleaned and kept fresh.

The location is perfect for us. Not a far walk to the beach, shops/markets, pubs/restaurants and even to the shopping mall. It was also nice and quiet which is great as we were able to relax and enjoy our time with no issues.

The restaurant was great too. The food was amazing, the dining table was clean and tidy, and the service was exceptional.

Alex, I believe the manager, and as well as the other receptionists were extremely nice and helpful. They were always there and provided us whatever we needed during the time of our stay.

I am looking forward to going back to Pattaya, Thailand and will definitely stay at this hotel

This is a great little hotel if you need a weekend or a few days away from Bangkok. I was pleasantly surprised with everything. The location is super convent for getting around Pattaya. There is a 7-11 directly across the street. The security guards are friendly. There is parking under the hotel which probably has less than 50 spots. Check in is easy, front desk staff are efficient and helpful. The rooms are spacious, considering the price and they are very clean. I would recommend the family room when reserving a room. 2 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a walk in shower. Nice little kitchen and a washer in there as well. There is a decent sized balcony with a drying rack for clothes or bathing suites. The breakfast is not too bad but you do have to pay for it either when you make your booking or each morning in the cafe. The breakfast is not free of charge for all customers staying at the hotel. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place that is more than reasonably priced.

Good, but there is room for improvement!

What I thought was good, was that it is fairly central and close to much. Party or the beach.
The hotel is quite nice, however, there are some flaws in its places. Mostly superficial, but it still detracts from the overall impression a bit. The pool is good, not the biggest but it is not in the sun constantly which I think is good.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
The breakfast was quite small, may be due to COVID.
But would like to see a little more varieties, next time I will not pay extra for it.
The rooms are very nice, there are good surfaces and a large bathroom but both bath and shower.
The bed was medium soft, you got 2 kinds of pillows. 1 regular and 1 memory foam

The bad things:
* The soap, shampoo and shower cream in the bathroom were really bad. They did not smell good, did not foam well and did not feel good. I bought my own!
* The refrigerator in the room is of a lower quality.
It takes a very long time for the refrigerator to get cold and if you put in items that are to be cooled down, it takes over 24 hours before they are even a little cold.
* The rooms facing the street / city are incredibly poorly soundproofed.
You hear the people, the cars / motorcycles and the dogs howling every night.
You can hear this clearly even if everything is closed and the curtains are drawn.

In general, a pretty nice and clean hotel! Service staff are friendly and helpful too :) Just that location is a little off, but if willing to walk out a little for about 5 minutes + you'll find some good food nevertheless. Hotel amenities are good. The food at their restaurant is not bad!

I stayed at this hotel with my family and friends, the rooms where very spacious and clean, room has small kitchen and a washing machine.

Staff where very helpful and friendly, a big thank to Alex who was very helpful and patient with us. Although this was our first time staying in this hotel the next time we are back in Pattaya this will be our first choice hotel.

I stayed there on August 2022 with my family. This hotel is clean and new. They have good spacious rooms with a balcony. There's a washing machine and a kitchen inside room with a microwave oven and induction cooker. There's a clean swimming pool by the restaurant at the ground floor. Break buffet didn't have much variety but food was good. It's 900m walking distance to Alcazar cabaret but the hotel is bit far from pattaya beach. (around 2KM)

Clean, comfortable, very big size and cozy bed, good services, nice environment, super affordable price. Definitely will be first consideration of hotel for next visit.
