Excellent hotel, facilities and staff. The staff were very welcoming and did everything to ensure our stay was pleasant

The room was very nice and the breakfast buffet was extremely good

We stayed 2 nights and then came back for another 2 nights. We would definitely stay here again

It was around 2018 July. It was my and my family's first time in Thailand. We came in for Vacations. Our trip planner specifically suggested us Centara Nova. When we arrived to the Hotel. The staff greeted my family with a smile. And they let us check in prior to the check-in time. Which is great. Their room, and room service and the complimentary Breakfast was icing on the cake. If I ever get a chance to go to Thailand and specially Pattaya, I would definitely book my room in Centara Nova.

They offer only breakfast and lunch.
Room service very poor.
You will not getting anything either from kitchen or room service after 6 pm.

Location is very good.Rooms are spacious and with balcony.

It was an amazing stay. Staff is very much humble and supporting.
After my check out, they even allowed me to go out for a day trip and took care of my luggage.

Nice hotel and very good for value
We had been stay here for many times because of the location friendly staff especially Khun Fay she did very good job , room are clean. We will go back again soon .
