Worst hotel experience in Thailand. The room is perfect, bed is comfortable. If you look for no more,this is your place. But there is serious problem with the customer service by the receptionist manager, when I request extra towel because I don’t had clean one, she was very rude, start arguing with me, when I went down, I tried to explain to her what is all about like I paying there for stay here, so I’m the customer, and she got salary from those money what is come from customer, so her job to be nice with the hotel guest, when will nobody come to the hotel because of her, she will understand.
So second time she arguing with me again, ruin my holiday and ruin my stay in this place. Never happened with me, at any hotel, one person is continuously argue and bully me. Definitely our relationship is went wrong when I asked her at the check in why I have to give 1000 deposit cash, and her answer wasn’t even clear but one of the thing was cover the minibar use. Went to the room and the minibar was absolutely empty, so I called her the point it out.
Very bad communication, rude and unfriendly behaviour, zero helpfulness and also non-existent customer service.
Bullied by the receptionist manager cause me to not extend my stay and leave the hotel, what I have to do anyway if I wanna take shower as I don’t have towel.
For the record: the other lady in the reception at the night time, call Kewalin is completly opposite, helpful and very kind, positive personality, perfect customer service provided by her. If she go to work an another hotel definitely I will stay there.
