Good location, slighty back from the beach but the price reflects this. The hotel in general is not new and a little tired, again the price reflects this. The down side is that there is a bar or club near by that cranks the music at full volume between the hours of 10pm - 4am 7 days a week without fail. You are guaranteed to have a disrupted sleep while staying at the Nova Park. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Big room but

1. Why do I have to reeenter Wi-Fi username and password every hour? In Travelodge pattaya once was enough for a week long stay. Seriously this is 2 min time for IT

2. cleaning staff have zero training, screaming in the top of thier lungs while cleaning next room to me. Actually got a Decibel Meter out and 90 decibels ie nearly hearing damage.

3. The purple pool towels were left all over the floor at Reception to clean up waste water with peoples shoes in sewage trampling the floor. And then they expect us to put this on our body??? ????????????

4. They call at 11.50 asking about check out, compared to 1 PM for other hotels

Excellent Facility staff are great Manager Mai is Excellent and so Helpful back again in August look forward to it.Was just there 2 weeks ago staff Excellent Mai the Management Excellent very caring and helpful security was great love the Nova will be back again soon cheers from Philip in Sydney

Not a new hotel, but very nicely furnished with quality wooden furniture; thai statues and Buddas, big rooms, clean swimming pool; good value.

Was stay here feaw times and allways happy with it. Big rooms with kingsize bed. Big frige and the aircon was also fine. Cleaning was ok but nothing spezial. Staf allways friedly. I bookt always via agoda. The have a big free to use parking space. If the price per night is araund 1000 Baht its a no brain deal just book cant do rong with it. I love the garden and the pool

Good value if you can get it under a grand. A bit dated, but the one-bedroom suites were quiet and the kitchen was a nice addition. Lobby nice. Pool very nice. Rooms relatively clean but the floors could use a serious mop job. Nearly all TV channels were very snowy. Overall though, was quite satisfied with the stay. I would give a higher rating if only when I asked for extra pillows they didn't try to charge me! Even 500-baht guest houses don't do that!

The only reason I gave this 3 and not 5 stars is due to the music that comes from a local nightclub 11pm til 3am every night. It is deafening.

We stayed in 501 and by our 8th night there was also a terrible banging from the AC external fan which I think came from another room as by next night it stopped. We were offered to move rooms but only had 1 night left.

If you do want to use kitchen be mindful of very little utensils or facilitie. We bought cups, dish cloth, liquid so we could have decent size coffee and wash up cereal. If you end up in room 501 let me know if the cups are there ????

Pool was bit disappointing as very little time during day for sun. We walked to beach daily and only on day 8 did we see there was a courtesy bus. We weren't told.

VERY clean, comfortable, great views and maids were very thorough daily with bed made perfectly and fresh towels.

Such a shame about the music.
