Great management leading a great staff. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!
I have a big 1 bdrm with a kitchen. Very clean. Modern. Big comfy bed, kitchen table, sitting area, balcony, 2 AC units, beautiful pool and fitness center. Excellent breakfast buffet, and great food to order all day at the restaurant. About a 8 minute walk to the beach. The location is quiet, but still near the action. You will be happy you stayed here, I am, and I will return.

Excellent Hotel, big and clean rooms. At a quiet side road. All fine and a full five stars, if there were no smoking beside the pool. For me a clear no go, especially if kids are there, but not for the officials here. They even provide ash trays. Sorry, so close. Will come back for sure, but not to the pool if there is no change .

We stayed at this place for a week and loved the hotel. Very clean and very well maintained. Staff is very good and service your request very quickly. Morning breakfast is pretty good with lots of options. Hotel is very family friendly, if you are staying with younger kids.

We stayed 23 nights in a two-bedroom family room in July 2022. In addition to two separate bedrooms with two bathrooms, the unit had a living room/kitchen/ dining room. One bathroom has a tub. The unit had a good, but small, washing machine, but no dryer. Do not let this worry you. There is a balcony with three air conditioning exhaust units and your clothes will dry on the rack quickly even at night. If you use the washer, we learned it requires liquid detergent. You might want to run an extra rise after the wash cycle. Otherwise, it does a great job. It was so convenient to have a washing machine in our room. We were able to request a drying rack, ironing board, and iron from the front desk. No problem at all. There is an oven, a microwave, and a water heater. There are some glasses and mugs for coffee and a few spoons, but not much in the way of cookware. If you’re staying long term and want to cook you might be able to request some from the front desk or maybe buy some. It’s all very inexpensive at the nearby Big C. The best part of the hotel was our maid. She kept the room spotlessly clean, left free drinking water each day for us, and was so kind whenever we saw her. Other than the cleanliness of the room, it was a very comfortable place to stay for our long visit. The beds and pillows were so comfortable we slept very well each night. The pool was clean and the water was so cool. The pool was actually a bit larger than it appears in the photos. The location was very nice as well. It’s located near two 7-11 stores and is a short walk from Second Road and Soi 6. There were some issues that didn’t bother us too much, but in the interest of a fair review you should know there are some negatives. The in room safe was not bolted down in the closet. I mentioned this when we arrived and a maintenance man came and put one small screw to hold it down. These safes are not super secure, but bolt it down and give guests a little piece of mind. One or two of the electric outlets need to be tightened. The hot water in the shower was difficult to keep at a constant temperature. The lock on the balcony door did not work. We were on a higher floor so that didn’t worry us much, but it should be fixed. I did not report these issues as they were not too much of an inconvenience for us, and I didn’t want maintenance in the room while we were there. The worst part of the hotel is the restaurant. We tried breakfast once. It was absolutely terrible. Nothing was cooked right. We found much better dining options in the area, so that ended up not being a problem for us. I do recommend the hotel and offer my sincere thanks and respect to our maid.

Wifi can be a bit slow however behind the TV is a LAN port that you can plug in to your laptop if using it. Not exceedingly fast but more stable than wifi.

Friendly cleaning staff. Leave a small tip and they will highly appreciate it.

why customer had to drain rust water?
i cant use clean water in my room till 11:00pm
wait 7hour for using toilet in my room
and desk crew dont wear mask
some desk crew say to me You Leave (motion with snaping means go away)LoL
and they naver say sorry
i feel tire this hotel

The hotel is very nice ,staff is very help full u0026 good , location also very near to Pattaya beach ,hotel stay like home ,breakfast also good ,my stay is very long stay like 2 month I'm happy to stay here
