My 5 years at Centric Sea Condo

This is one of the best development in Pattaya .
Best security , Maintenance, landscaper , grounds staff , interior custodian staff and juristic employees. Many thanks for all your hard work in keeping the buildings(A,B and C) maintained and the residence safe.

When there’s an issue , the staff are quick to respond.

Some negative reviews are from short term residence that don’t follow the rules and have no respect for the property. Example: smoking in the rooms , parking in non designated areas, dripping wet from the pool to the elevator, being loud and acting like they are entitled.

If you follow the rules and respect the residence, property and staff , you will have no issues.

Across from Hard Rock
Beach is 5 min walk
Terminal 21 is 8 minute bht bus ride
Many restaurants , 7/11 and bars in the area.

One of the best condos in the center. Feels like home, really. Great location, nice staff, friendly atmosphere.

1. The condo was so good, spacious enough and the host was good of my condo
2. Management don’t allow daily rentals here, you can only rent a room for at least a month or more.
3. If you are here from AirBNB, then don’t go inside or contact the management at all, just talk to your host and he’ll take you inside.
4. The condo was super nice the infinity pools were also very cool.
5. I got a room in 5th floor and the views are fantastic and if you have room on top floors then the views will be awesome.
6. There are no mirrors in these apartments only in bathrooms.
7. I got a lot of things I could imagine in my condo and my condo was super clean and the host was so nice.
8. You have 7-11 right next to the condominium.
9. Location was great easy access to quite few places and the motorcycle taxis were available just outside the apartment.

This accomodation is comfortable and located in front of the second road. If you stay on upper part of that, you can enjoy city view or ocean view from your room. There is roof top pool to swim and relax.

I think it is the one of places to have the most beautiful view in Pattaya. You can approach to it by some online booking sites.

I recommend here and enjoy fully :-)

Pro: Nice central located place. Sauna, Gym and Infinity-Pool's are available. Nice views.
Contra: Rooms are very small and no shop's in whole complex.

Good place to stay.
Awesome infinite swimming pool.
Bike rental on the entrance.
Good condominium.
Will definitely stay again.
