Lovely hotel highly recommend is quite for good night sleep and walking distance from soi buakhao and soi 6 staff are so lovely and friendly also recommend bike taxis near hotel if you want to go somewhere far like sanctuary of truth they will organise car to take you and wait for you usually only 400 baht and driver is so friendly such nice person

We had a nice stay here over the new years.
It's off the main road so quiet, but still close to the beach.
The walls aren't the thickest, we might have lucked out with good neighbors, but I did hear someone come home pretty late one night.
Still I think for people staying a bit off the main road like this, it will tend to be a bit more of the quiet variety.
The restaurant was closed while we were there, but there is enough food close by that it wasn't an issue for us.

I have been staying in the May hotel for three days. The room is big, clean, new and decent at a low price. The beds are very soft and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was surprised when I first got in the room coz it is beautiful and large. It is quiet to have a good sleep which means there is no infrastructure around you and you need to walk for few minutes to find restaurants and shops.

But it still has some downsides making me unhappy.
The water temperature in the room is not stable which means you will get into a loop of feeling extremely cold and hot in every 5 seconds. It becomes even worse when you are taking a shower.
You can find ants in the room searching for food and you can't eat anything in the hotel or you need to seal the remaining food and the wrapping bags before throwing into the bin. If not, a gang of ants will always locate your food no matter you put the food on the table, on the floor or in the rubbish bin.
The wifi is quite slow and you need to enter the password again after 3-4 hours that is troublesome if you need to work on the computer or watch YouTube for longer waiting time.
The door in the room doesn't have an extra locking chain which may have some safety issues.
It takes around 15 minutes walking to the beach which I think is a little bit far away.
If you think these shortcomings are acceptable, I do suggest you choose this hotel for vacation and work????.

Not my usual hotel (booked out), but it may become my regular now. Liked the freshness (3 years old but looked like new) and cleanliness.
Great staff, all happy and smiling, nothing was an issue at all. Guests welcome too.
Play with your dates and booking engine to secure the best deal, very reasonable for quality. Quiet area too so you'll sleep ok, not too many noisy guests on my stay so I guess I was lucky. Close by laundry's and a few bars. Didn't try any Indian restaurants around here but they all looked pretty good. Next time! Recommended.

Very polite and friendly staff. Clean room with nice balcony. Has swimming pool and wifi is good. Price is very good as well. Didn't try breakfast as it's expensive at 250 baht per person and not included in room price.
