It's a fairly new hotel. Not worn down at all. It's kept clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly. Beds are pretty hard but I enjoy it that way. Was a bit sore the first two days but after that my back felt fantastic

Very nice modern rooms. Nice clean bathrooms, and nice rooftop pool. The workout room is rather small, but at least it has one. Only drawback is the location. You have to either enter through the sister August Suites in front or walk through a narrow alley like unlit street.

Not too thrilled with the entrance location, but overall this is a very nice clean modern hotel for about $30 a day. Well worth it.

Very friendly staff. Great value for the money. Only issue was that entrance is kind of hidden in the alley. Because of the location in the alley, it was quiet at night which is a positive. Long ways from walking street but if you take the trucks for 10 baht you can get to all the locations you need to after walking a block or two to the beach.

I enjoyed my stay here. Top floor rooms are recommended for a nice view. You won't be able to see the beach from your room but from the roof top pool you will. If you're opting for breakfast in your package then you'll get an omelette, breads, fruits and coffee. It's their fixed breakfast. They'll ask for your card details or 2000 Thai bahts for security and it'll be refunded at the time of check out. They'll clean your room without asking for it, even if you're not in the room. Location is great. Walking Street is at walking distance. You'll find foot massage shops everywhere. Indian food is easily available nearby. Overall a pleasant stay at April Suites Pattaya.

The hotel is very quiet and just off second road. It's got a small pool with a bar that you can order food and drink from. The room was light and clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is always someone to open the door for you when you enter or leave the hotel great service.

INCREDIBLY helpful staff, with a nice central location. It's down a back alley which may freak some travelers out, but i didn't mind it, never felt unsafe once. I can't say enough good things about the staff there as well, very helpful and kind.

I was going to give it a 4 because the beds were pretty firm, but I stayed at the Hilton last time and it ALSO had firm beds, so i'm guessing that's possibly just a Thailand thing, so can't fault them for that.

Safe and Peaceful place. Super neat and clean well maintained rooms. All the staffs are super nice except one rude guy at the reception. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
Ps. There's a short cut to the parelel road via their sister Hotel August. That road has many restaurants, markets and many convince stores for you to checkout.
