Good location, big room, nice restaurant. difficult to get a room with balcony.. the chef ran off while waiting for my food. did not receive my key deposit back (and forgot to ask)... no elevator.. all in all, not too bad ..

Everything was of course kept clean. All the staff at the hotel was very friendly and very helpful. We often had to ask for towels as these frequently had not been replenished. The room doesn't has a safety box. Rooms need upgrading they look 1970s style / furnished. Everything is pretty much in walking distance. The cost is reasonable considering what you get.

Ordered iced coffee which was full of sugar. We asked if we can have a new one since the coffee was way too sweet. Staff response:”well, I can’t get out the sugar out of the coffee anymore, it’s too late”. This reaction disappointed us. Normally he should have asked us before if we want sugar or put it separately on the table so we can add ourselves if we want. Mango rice was ok, but for this reaction I wouldn’t come again.

Photos of the food look great in the menu. The cook obviously didn't know how to make the dishes properly. Would not eat there again. Staff and decor excellent. Hire me as the cook.

The best value for your money. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. Television didn't have much choice of channels. The internet was worse than a dial up line. The whole place is a bit worn out. Location of hotel is not optimal. I think the ***agement do a great job.

Our 1st stay of two nights at the begining of the month. The hotel location is nice but they need to re decorate the place. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. The staff are some of the most attentive and helpful people.
