Perfect place to stay
Friendly and very clean
Food very good and not expensive.

I was recommended here and already booked extra month.
I'll also book again for another month or more.
Ps. Easy access to other places and a great base for me

Run by a lovely Thai family, very accommodating u0026 clean rooms with good aircon u0026 TV. I sent my family there many times, my house is also on the same street. Nice restaurant u0026 coffee shop downstairs. Stumbling distance from Walking Street. A best kept secret for inexpensive accommodations.

Unprofessional and rude staff. The room is ok considering the price. However, the staff will require a cash deposit despite the fact that they sell their rooms and accept advance payment on Agoda which does not mention this requirement in the terms or any where. The fact that their is no justification whatsoever for such a deposit as there is no mini bar or anything that could be charged in the room. Add to it a rude and unqualified staff, makes it a ridiculous waste of time to bother with this hotel specially when there is so many better options available. I don't recommend it, to avoid wasting time.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to arrive. All the basic amenities were available. There were several international television channels available. Rooms are very clean. Got a welcome drink of orange juice upon arrival. Friendliness and helpful staff whenever you need any. Breakfast was a very good standard.
