This is an good value for money restaurant tucked away up a side street of Thappraya Road.
There’s a good range of large European and Thai meals with a daily three course special and blackboard specials.

Andre restaurant is a beautiful restaurant in a green environment. Very good atmosphere. Excellent food and good Belgian beer from the tap. Prices are absolutely affordable.

Close to the mainroad from Pattaya to Jomtien. In a very quit street. Very good food for a good price. Friendly staf. Mix farang and Thai. Special Manny Belgium Beer

The restaurant is run by a Belgian man and his Thai partner. The menu is part European and part Thai. Prices are moderate and the food is well presented. Its got a nice garden setting.

Diner satisfaction varies depending on the dishes one orders - for example Chicken Panaeng is nicely done with a tangy flavor - but some of the Chicken dishes from the Western menu tell of sauce straight out of a bottle. The menu has not changed for over 5 years. The European food comes across as bland and lacks the zest and umpph one can get at European buffets around Pattaya. The Thai food is good.

The chicken shawarma is grossly over priced. One will come across shawarma's at open air night markets - plentiful, tasty and wholesome for THB 60- so why would anyone pay THB 160- for the same ? Similarly the 'Specials board' is good if you like pork or chicken with lots of potatoes or rice - no lamb or fish is ever on special !

Service is good if there are 5 diners. Any more and you can wait forever.

All in all a pleasant but average dining experience.
