5 El Plumaje - a year ago
The restaurant is small, but very tidy and clean. It is surrounded by other small restaurants, so it's easy to miss it and consider just a private home.
There are only 3 tables under a roof, no indoor tables are available, and it's a typical Thai family run food-to-order kitchen. The owner and cook, a Thai lady, is very kind and speaks English quite well. She's also available to have food partly ordered from food markets and prepared upon request.
Dishes are yummy and very cheap. If you happen to be in the area, I'd suggest to try some spicy basil pork, or some stir fried meat with garlic and pepper... ????
5 stars are proportional to the type of offer, namely homemade/inexpensive food. It's not a Michelin restaurant, but if it suits your needs, you won't be disappointed to try it.
