WARNING - stay away from this place - They have an extensive set of rules and regulations of which some are not written down - and they will give you a fine if you break any of the rules and if you do not pay they will close for the water in your apartment. In addition there are only boiling hot water or cold - nothing in between. The cleaning staff are friendly but the administrative staff is not.

Really nice month here. Super clean pools. Their WiFi is non existent...get your own. People always tidying up. Hot water.

Shocking. Filthy, rude management staff and they hustle you for extra money for the key to the room on arrival. Also got the dates wrong and charged me for an extra night. Big sign at the front saying it is illegal to book for periods shorter than a week but that didn't stop them.

Great stay. Love the wrap around pool. Depending on who you rent from makes the whole difference.

Security guards and Mae Ban are so nice and polite ???????????? please continue :) it makes the difference with the other residences in Pattaya

Very well kept apartments, good location, quiet and all kept very clean. Security good 24 hours. Very good price for long stay.

Great location nearby the booming center of Pattaya. Everything is in tip top shape. The showers are amazing, great view and the swing pool is the cherry on top
