Really good place to stay. A quite place near the main road. It's a 15 minutes walk to walking street and 10 minutes walk to Soi Buakhao. Rooms are big and spacious. Bed is big and cozy. Guest friendly.

Only problem is the group of dogs in the soi leading to this hotel. Very hard to walk around after mid night. Be careful.

Great place, wonderful staff, very clean and very quiet.
Enjoyed my stay would recommend it highly. Best shower ever, room adequate, good Wi Fi and Sat TV. Great location for me 15 min walk to Beach, Walking St, LK Metro. Soi Buakao market and Supermarket 5 mins 7 eleven and Mini Mart round the corner. A few quiet bars and Thai eateries few mins away.
Thank you to all the staff, you guys are the best.
Hopefully see u again next year.

I'm staying here right now. All i can say is "Perfect". The room is cleanest i've ever seen. The staff are very polite and friendly. The environment is very quiet. Very affordable price for this quality. Definitely recommended!

It was a nice and clean place with beautiful environment. The receptionist lady was helpful enough to provide us all the services. I found room service as slow as there are only 2 ladies work over there which might be the reason but I am not sure.
