I loved staying here in December 2021 but my one complaint would have to be the pool closing at 8pm. Please keep the pool open either midnight or 24/7. We tourists come to Thailand to have fun! Make customers sign a waiver if that's what it takes

The Staff (Reception/Housekeeping/Coffee Shop/Security) were pleasant, polite, courteous, helpful and happy to engage fully with guests.
The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained with good in-room facilities and features. Rear-facing Rooms are quiet.
The Coffee Shop is small but clean and very well-managed with friendly and efficient staff. The menu - Thai/Indian/European dishes - is good with Room Service at only +10% Service Charge.
The Swimming Pool, although small, is located on the 2nd floor and is clean and well maintained.
The only negative points found:
No Electric Shaver outlet in the bathroom.
No assistance available for luggage transfer at Check-in/Check-out.
No Electric Kettle or Hair Dryer in the room (however, these two items were available for rent from the Reception).

its ok to stay. but hard to see person to help. and you need to pay 50 baht to rent a hair drier.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. It's far to beach and walking street. Room and goods are really dirty. There are ants in everywhere. Yes you read right, there are ants in room. Hotel staff dont know English. They speak a Thai-English mix language which impossible to understand. Also these is no security in this hotel. Actually, there is one as scarecrow. Pool is under maintenance for a month. End date of maintenance is extended twice in a week! By the way room does not contain any slippers and hair dryer. Only breakfast is fine. I don't advise this hotel

Stayed here about a year ago. Was planning my next trip and saw this hotel again. Room was nice. Daily cleaning and employees were friendly. Guest friendly and near walking street.

The rooms are neat and very spacious. I had a bad experience though with booking with them through Agoda's pay at the hotel option. They cancelled the reservation even they confirmed it already, on the day we were to check-in and it seemed like they did that on purpose just so they can charge us their regular rate instead of Agoda's promo rate. Very bad practice.

Room given to us was filthy.
When requested for same room on it was denied saying all rooms were full.
Reception staff was very rude and insulting in approach.
When they realize we would complain, we we're shifted in same other room on different floor. That shows they lied about rooms been full.
House cleaning staff were helpful
