Good Location - this is a condo apartment we had taken 2 room condo. The apartment can be approached from both beach road and main road. This place has nice security arrangement, with card key to beach road. Pattaya Night market, 7 - 11 all nearby with many Indian restaurants.

All staff are friendly and helpful especially Night security guard and the lady who helped used to check in - Room no 894.

2 Big rooms, one living hall, big balcony with kitchen equipment: microwave oven, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, utensils, refrigerator and so on.

Dislike - at evening time could found some small roaches in the apartment.

The swimming pool is also good. would like to book for future stay as well.

The office is right infront of the condo, so it is easy to find to checkin. But we walk passed it as didnot see any one there????. The room we got is low floor. The furniture is functional for longterm living, especially the counter bar. However the dust is in every corner, they do have fillipino cleaners but not well clean. The blanket is old and smell. The kitchen has ants and we can not leave any dish in the sink, ant will come rightway.
PS. We has stayed in this building with another management company. With a better experience.

Here is condominium. This accommodation is more for long term traveler. Because here is too big to know building facilities whithin short term 1 day, 2 days ... i stayed 1 day. Today i saw the gate to connect to beach road.

I carefully booked a room with a sea view, sure of it. When I got there they gave me a room with no sea view. They asked if that was alright - they wouldn't give me what I'd booked, even after speaking to their Indian boss. I said "not acceptable", asked for a refund and found somewhere else. Booking.com later told me the boss refused to agree to a refund. Next time I will take a screenshot of the booking as evidence. It a shame you even have to do that. Absolutely dodgy outfit. Do not trust.

Super residential condominium but little issue about main entrance no board on Pattaya night bazaar so confusing even for taxi drivers

Over all very happy with my stay. We were always greeted with a smile. The rooms have very clean lines with a modern feel. Great front desk clerk who helped me get on gmail. Housekeeping does a great job each day. Staff are helpful. The value for money is amazing.
