I tore my tricep tendon of the bone from a motorbike incident and 2 weeks after I had it reattached at Bangkok Pattaya hospital. Original prognoses from the surgeons was to return to gym at the 3 month stage, but at the three month follow up my arm was still ridiculously weak and lacking flexibility, so the surgeons said to wait three more months. There was no mention of physio by the surgeons and the state my arm was in, I thought I was going to have another operation because it wasn't improving. I decided to try physio, so I went to the Royal Physiotherapy Clinic and begun treatment there twice a week. Starting physio at the three month stage had me concerned as everything I had read said physio should have been started 2 weeks post-op, but the gentleman working there was adamant that I would make a full recovery. After each session my arm was improving, both with strength and flexibility and after 1 month I was back in the gym. Now I am back doing everything I could before, words can not express how grateful I am to this guy, Thank-you!!!!
