The worst hotel I have ever stayed. So noisey. People up all night banging, shouting and playing music. Complained but nothing was done about it. Un-friendly (correction-darn-right rude) reception staff and it was expensive for the type of accomodation. Booked for 8 nights. I left after 4 . Couldn't take any more.

Everything was good except their male staff's behaviour. If you have ample patience then you can stay there. There is a boy at the reception who is the god of rudeness. Restaurant services are also very slow but the food is delicious.
5 stars for their female manager, she is very helpful .
Just beware of that boy at reception like you are beware of dogs.

Rooms are nice but the location is TERRIBLE!!! I have extremely important meetings in Pattaya for the next two days and the hotel is located directly across from a loud club, a construction site and for some reason fireworks have been going off all night! I’ve lived in Thailand the last 3 years so I know it’s not any special holiday at the moment . I Called and asked to be moved but was told no other rooms are available, by front desk staff as I was quickly rushed off the phone! I will never stay here again and I warn anyone that enjoys this thing called “sleep” not to come here either! Extremely disappointed

Edit: was called about my room about 8 this morning and a lady named Nana was extremely nice. She had my room changed to a much larger room , located deeper within the hotel. The noise has reduced considerably and for that I am extremely grateful! Like I said from the start, the rooms are nice but the location of my first room was terrible. This is much better so As a man I can honestly say that they made up for last nights debacle.

Best best best place to stay at Pattaya. 5 stars for hotel, plus another 5 stars to the staff. They were just awesome. Very very helpful. They know how to value their customers. I will specially like to mention one of their staff named Prince here. He is a Indian cook there. He made us believe we have come there with our own cook. He was very caring. He used to ask us specially what we would like to have the next day.
Rooms were perfect. Neat, clean, spacious...

Not impressed with this place. The rooms are big and clean and nice and the beds are comfy, but there are two issues: it is next to construction site so it is noisy, also the ACs don't work that well, so the room does not cool down really. Already changed the room once, and the AC in second room is not any better than the first one, so I think most of the rooms have this problem.

Hotel ist new the rooms are big and nice.
The staff very friendly !
Cleaning ladys not so friendly.
This hotel is very loud and a little bit difficult cause have msny issues.
Can not use pool now anf loud mechanic peoplr working around the hotel.
But im sure if everything dome, this can be s very good Hotel with a nice Style.
But actually its not so great.

Good place to stay but not for someone who is expecting a luxurious hotel..Average hotel rooms..Services are good but there were dust on many places in my room...

Tip: Always book hotel through A travel agency. There is a chain of commissions in Thailand and without reference or Any middle agency Thailand is cost to you much more than you expect.
