Nice and clean for the low price. Highly recommended if not looking for the pricey hotel but just a clean place to stay between travels.

All good for a 3 star budget stay. Clean and everything worked. Just don't stay in room 314 as the old Cannadian in the room next door has a hearing problem and turns on the TV full volume from 6am. He has been in there for three months! We had to move!

Comfortable and good quality as part of tour. Various tour groups frequent here to Pattaya beaches and markets. Ample outlets next to bed and charges even when key card removed from room. Doors have key locks so would be returned to front desk before leaving each time. Breakfast buffet is decent with rice and wide noodles, nut tight and tour groups would be crowding in around 7 am.

Hotel was a good one to stay.but..

First:
Staff very friendly and nice
Room very clean, Nice and neat.
Air con super working.
Breakfast I was totally satisfied, lots of variety/ beverages/ fruits
Lunch: big plate which you twist with several dishes, tasted very well

Just our Wi-Fi in the room wasn't that strong or sometimes more or less not available..

Nonetheless a nice hotel in pattaya to stay, if you need some snacks, there is a 7/11next to it, haha

Very bad experience. Hotel staff forced us to pay deposit in Cash as we have already fully paid up the rooms. This leaves us little cash to spend in Pattaya. Hotel staff can’t speak English and only switch on air con when customer walks in to Brakfast Lounge. Saw rats walking along the car park garbage area. Towels in bathroom are dark in color and no longer white. Will never return again.

I chose to stay at the hotel for the 2 days of the Songra rug after I asked the 3 girls at the reception if they were partying for the sondra nearby, I asked for a quiet room and assured me that there was no fuss in the hotel. Their anxiety was to get the 1,200 baht in the evening, they were rushing to stop proofing, for 25 minutes 3 girls were trying to make a copy of my passport, time is up to them, they do not hurry for anything and they understand what they want. I asked if there was a restaurant and they told me that there is and opens at 7, only they meant morning at 7 and not in the afternoon. The room hot, the airborne did not go down all night under 30 degrees. The noise was inconsolable, I left intact and weary 8.30 in the morning. Shameful point for a hotel.
