One of the worst stays I've been to.
Receptionist are not friendly, not welcoming at all,they are lazy and aggressive. In addition to being rude looking for all group members just to collect 140 baht for drinking water in one of the 4 rooms we've booked!
No air conditioning in lobby nor elevators.
Room and facilities not worth the price at all.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We had booke the best view room which gave the sea view and whole Pattaya city view.

Rooms were big and clean.

Breakfast had many options ( nothing for Indians though)

Seven 11 is on every 100 mtrs distance.

Had access to swimming pool which is pretty big.

We had problem while check-in. They had problem.with their card machines. Hotel take 2000 Baht as deposit.

Walking street is 3-4 kms of distance.

Nearest busy stop to get down is North Pattaya.

No Indian restaurant near by.

Really good Hotel, Little old. But big rooms and view is fantastic from room. Only they can impove the Breakfast part.

This is my regular spot and I'm very pleased with the rooms, staff and location. Some rooms have better views than others.

Great location, nice rooms. Service is good but in patches.

Reception staff specifically is very very "un-welcoming". Did not see anyone smiling or greeting you even for once. They answer what u ask, and that's it.!

Rooms are not centrally air conditioned, you have to switch them on every time u enter the room. But powerful enough and v effective. We wr in grand deluxe Seaview room on the 6th floor.

Breakfast was v v mediocre especially for us vegetarians. Not a single veg dish apart from berad/toast.! Again the staff there was helpful and got fried rice, fried vegetables, and chilly roasted potatoes for us.

It's a nice hotel close to the beach like 30 seconds ????. The breakfast was good one morning and next morning alot was empty. The girls in the reception really need to learn how to smile and be nice. The guys was smiling and helpful. The housecleaner should look trow the guests personal stuff. A lock and key on your stuff in the room.

Reserved the 3BR Jacuzzi suite for New Years Eve @ 9000thb/night. Well worth it. Staff are friendly and check in/out was painless.

It would be perfect if there was some kind of cutlery/dishware available, and a freezer for ice, instead of the tiny safety-box sized refrigerator.

All in all warrants a return ????????
