A good hotel in a slightly quieter part of Pattaya. Rooms were good. Staff were also friendly and helpful. A nice swimming pool on the roof with a beautiful view. What I did miss was a breakfast buffet. In the neighborhood you had a small market where you could eat and drink. Very soon the new shopping mall Terminal 21 will also open nearby, which is an enrichment for the neighborhood.

We spent three nights at this hotel as the last leg of our tour. The location of the hotel simply cannot be beaten. Lovely hotel in a relatively quiet neighborhood. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. We would go back there in a heartbeat.

Hotel is in a great location and has some rooms that have beach views. However, while the rooms are large in size, the furniture, fixtures, room service, and internet are in dire need of upgrades. The price of the rooms reflects this. Summerspring hotel also still uses CRT TV's which indicated its age. Internet is horrible to say the least.

The rooms are in good condition and the price for what you get is good. Limited number of rooms with an unobstructed sea view.

Far from restaurants and entertainment. Room was ok but outdated TV and bathtub. Hotel was empty and three are many more hotels at half the price and right in the middle of Pattaya.

Very average hotel. Room wasn't exactly clean, most tenants are Indian groups.

No views… .water from shower was brown…… the whole place seemed run down.
